    For kids aged 0 - 4 years.

    Parents must accompany kids.

    There will be fun games and activities for the parents and children.

    Starts at 9.45am on Tuesday Mornings.

    The Walking for Health programme, aims to help people lead a more active lifestyle, by providing walking opportunities.
    Group walks are led by friendly, specially trained volunteers who will provide support and encouragement on the way.
    The programme targets local adults, who would like to participate in short walks, however active you are, you are very welcome.
    Duration - approx. 1 hour
